Setting Up GuardIO
Follow the steps below to set up the GuardIO application
and begin your remote caregiving experience:
- Download the GuardIO app and complete the verification steps through SecureKey Verified.Me using your trusted banking partner.
- Allow GuardIO to access “Location Services” to permit the collection of data for monitoring.
- Set “Location Services” to “Always Allow” to have GuardIO continuously run in the background.
- Add members to your ‘Circle’ by using the “Invite-Only” feature. You can only add members to the circle you own.
- Location data will be stored for 21 days after which daily purging will begin.
- You may view and/or erase all of the collected data from the GuardIO app at any time using the Erase Data feature.
